Last updated: September 2026

TV Brit respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from anyone using our service. This policy explains how to submit a copyright concern and how we handle valid claims.

Submitting a Takedown Notice

If you believe content accessible through TV Brit infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice to us. To help us act on it quickly, please include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • Details identifying the specific content in question
  • Your contact information, including a working email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you’ve provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

How to Reach Us

Send your notice to us via WhatsApp, using the contact details on this site. We’ll acknowledge receipt and review the claim. For general questions, our FAQ page may also help.

Our Response

We review each notice on its own merits. Where a claim is valid, we take appropriate action promptly. We reserve the right to decline action on notices that are incomplete, unclear, or do not appear to be made in good faith.

Counter-Notices

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and an explanation. We’ll review it and respond accordingly.

Repeat Concerns

We take repeated, substantiated copyright concerns seriously and will act appropriately where a pattern is established, in line with our terms and conditions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
