Picture Freezing or Poor Quality?
Use Ethernet if you can: a cable connection is far more stable than built-in TV Wi-Fi for 4K.
Restart the app: close and reopen it if a channel freezes.
Older TV? an older Smart TV’s processor can struggle with 4K, try HD instead.

Does this work on older Smart TVs?
